My Profiles is a search engine that indexes publicly available social profiles. Registered users can add, edit, modify, or delete profiles within the system.

  3. User Accounts & Responsibilities  

-   Users must create an account via social login and provide accurate information.  

-   You are responsible for maintaining account security.  

-   You may add or delete your profile at any time.  

  4. Acceptable Use Policy  

You agree not to:  

-   Submit false or misleading information.  

-   Use automated bots or scraping tools.  

-   Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.  

  5. Data Ownership & Privacy  

-   Public profile data is indexed for searchability.  

-   You retain ownership of the data you submit and can remove it at any time.  

  6. Limitation of Liability 

We are not responsible for the accuracy of indexed profiles. You use the service at your own risk.

  7. Termination & Changes  

We may suspend accounts violating these terms. We also reserve the right to modify these terms with prior notice.

 8. Special Considerations  

My Profiles is a website that accompanies lesson that teach students how to use Google tools and AI tool to quickly develop a website with dynamic content.  The site is meant for testing purposes.  Records can be deleted at any time.  All material within is to be considered training materials and are not intended for commercial use.

  Special Clause: User-Controlled Data Removal

Users have full control over the profiles they add to [Your Website Name].

• Opt-Out Option: If a user wishes to remove their indexed profile, they may do so through their account settings or by contacting support.

• Data Deletion Requests: Users can request permanent deletion of their account and associated data. Once removed, the data is not recoverable.

• Third-Party Indexing: Although we do not share data with third parties, public profiles may still appear on external search engines outside of our control.
